Spend 7 Evenings with Tracy – learning the “basics” about meditation and how to incorporate it into your daily routine. Each class will be approximately 60 minutes – Including – Instruction, Q & A and 25 minutes of meditation,
Each class, we will begin by learning a Mantra style of meditation This workshop series is open to women who have the desire to slow down… release self-induced stress and learn how to respond to the outside influences in a clear way. No yoga mat required, this class would be held online via Soul Remedies Zoom classroom. Once you register you will receive an email link and be added to a private Facebook page, where the link to log in will also be added. If you have a tablet or your smart phone, download the free zoom app and set up your sign in. If you have a computer – just click the link. If you miss the evening class – you will receive a recording to catch up.
